Home today! Hopefully. Our plane from Paris just took off and we are headed for Iceland to transfer planes. Our flight was supposed to take off 30 minutes ago, but say they will make that time up. After this flight, we will have a 1.5 hour layover in Iceland and then home! I am so ready to be home. After being with the same people for a little under three months in small hotel rooms, I need my life back. I am so excited to get picked up from the airport by Mia and Papa who we had to say goodbye to even before our trip because they were leaving for California. After they pick us up, we will get home and I will see my Luna, who was by far the hardest for me to leave. When we were being dropped off for the airport to go on our trip, I put her on my lap in the car. When we got out to go, Luna put her ears down and completely was mad at us for leaving and refused to look at us. I am so excited to be reunited with her, but I know she has had the best time of her life. Living with Ellie and Radar has given her companions and playmates, so when they leave, we need a puppy whether my parents agree or not. I also am so excited to see Michelle and Brian and all the other people I love but have not seen for a while. On the bike trip I kept telling myself I was pedaling my way to my people, Luna, home.
